Arrested in Austin? We provide 24-7 Bail Bond Service

Often, the worst things in life happen to us when we least expect them, especially when it comes to getting arrested. And the process can be even more stressful if it occurs late at night or on weekends when you’re without someone to call. At Freedom Bail Bonds, though, we understand that bad things never happen at convenient times. That’s why we run a 24-7 bail bonds service.

How does the bail bond process work?

In Travis and Williamson Counties, a magistrate is usually required for jail release unless you already have a preset bond. In Travis County, a judge magistrates every four to six hours (approximately), but in Williamson County, a judge comes in at eight o’clock in the morning and usually begins to magistrate at nine or ten o’clock. Depending on the amount of traffic in the courthouse, the judge usually finishes up around noon or 1:00 PM. If you are arrested after the judge starts and do not have a preset bond, you will have to wait until the next judge is available—which is very likely going to be the next day.

If you are arrested after hours or on a weekend and need to get a hold of us quickly, our operator will take down your information and promptly transfer your call to one of our esteemed bond agents. As soon as one of our agents hears about your predicament, we’ll have someone over to the courthouse within ten minutes to help expedite the process as much as possible.
